Vacuum Pump Assembly — Pneumatic Conveying System
A repeat industrial customer needed a complete vacuum pump assembly for a plastic pneumatic conveying system. They didn't need a part — they needed a working system.
We designed the stand and belt guard from scratch, fabricated both in-house, sourced the components, and delivered two fully assembled units ready to install and run.
Motor, vacuum pump, and custom fabricated steel stand staged for assembly. The stand was designed from scratch to position the motor and pump at the correct geometry for the belt drive system.
The aluminum belt guard fabricated in-house — louvered for ventilation, powder coated, and sized to fully enclose the belt drive while allowing access for maintenance. Designed and built by Alphidia.
The finished assembly — stand, guard, motor, pump, and drive system complete. Delivered ready to connect and run. No additional fabrication or assembly required by the customer.
Unit installed and running in the customer's production facility. This is the second unit built for this customer — the first performed well enough that they came back for another.
