SolarX
A customer needed solar-powered portable HVAC units for off-grid deployment at festivals and emergency sites. No drawings. No manufacturer.
Several shops had already turned them down.
We said yes.

The finished unit — 24,000 BTU, powder coated aluminum enclosure, fully portable on casters. Designed and built entirely in-house.

The enclosure fabricated in aluminum before powder coating. Curved forms, precision ventilation cutouts, all designed from scratch with no existing drawings.

What This Project Required
-
Full product design from concept brief
-
Aluminum enclosure fabrication
-
48VDC power systems engineering
-
Solar charge controller integration
-
Prototype and small-batch production
We built a proof of concept unit first, validated the design, then produced four working prototypes. The units were deployed at multiple festivals and live events and haven't experienced a single failure.
