Every project on this page started the same way — a customer with a problem and no obvious path to solving it.
Some came with detailed prints. Most came with a description, a sketch, or just a phone call. A few came to us after other shops said no.
What you'll find here isn't a catalog of simple parts. It's a record of problems we figured out and built our way through — in aluminum, steel, and everything in between.

SolarX
A customer needed a solar-powered portable HVAC unit for off-grid deployment. No drawings, no manufacturer. We designed and built the entire system from scratch — aluminum enclosure, battery modules, solar controllers, and a 48VDC inverter system. Five working units delivered.

Patriots Point Interactive Kiosk
Patriots Point Naval Museum needed a replacement for an aging wooden display at their UH-1C Huey exhibit. We designed the enclosure, fabricated it in aluminum, wired the interactive electronics, and installed it on site.

Multiplastics
Multiplastics needed radar reflectors for marine buoys deployed by SC DNR. We researched the geometry, ran AI-assisted reflectivity calculations, and fabricated the reflectors in aluminum. Field tested at 3 miles visibility.

Vacuum Pump and Stand
A local industrial customer needed a custom vacuum pump, stand and belt guard built to spec. We fabricated and delivered two complete assembled packages — pump, motor, and stand ready to install.
