PROCESS MANAGER

Alphidia LLC is driven by innovation and improvement with the generation of a new product each week for our Koova.com product line, the creation of two new brands coming this year, and a constant wonder of what we can do next. We are a team that is currently 12 people strong but have grown to be 120% higher in sales than this time last year with no end in sight.

 

Located on James Island, SC, we are committed to high-quality products that are made here in the USA as we cut, bend, powder coat, and assemble all of our own products. This position would be titled “Process Manager”. They will be responsible for documenting the core processes that are followed by all here in the shop and take on other odd jobs such as functional HR duties and coordination of meetings and events here in the shop. This position has the possibility of a lot of growth and development to eventually be part of the leadership team. So, we are looking for a dedicated, independent thinker that has high follow-through (Kolbe.com) and experience with computers/documentation - awesome humans only!
